Introduction
Identification of protein spots and strips is the most widely used proteomic means by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis protein mixture is separated, target protein spots and strips are collected and digested by enzyme in the glue for mass spectrometry analysis to obtain protein information.
1 Application
Target protein identification
Identification of protein mixture
Species are required to contain CDS information with full genome sequencing or transcriptome sequencing annotation, or the known target protein sequence
2 Customer provide
Samples to be identified (colloidal/strip, liquid, dry powder)
Sample requirements
Sample content: 50-1000fmol (according to test items)
Glue samples: test dyed or silver dyed (glutaraldehyde is not used as fixing agent)
Storage: low temperature is recommended for liquid, and deionized water is used to prevent glue from drying
Sample information sheet: fill in the sample source, content, status and other basic information in detail
