Biocomma 4Tip^TM suction filter element is made of pure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) by a unique process and has super hydrophobicity. The hydrophobic filter element forms a solid barrier to aerosols, eliminating potential cross contamination of samples and pipettes that may affect results.
