Introduction
ITRAQ technology uses a variety of isotopic reagents to label the N-terminal of protein polypeptide or lysine side chain group. After series analysis by high-precision mass spectrometer (QE or 5600), it can compare the protein expression between up to 8 samples at the same time. It has a wide range of application and can identify and quantify any type of protein, including membrane protein, nuclear protein and extracellular protein.
